Built for your role
Hospital operators, ASC administrators, and surgical business leaders all work in the same space. The exhibitors on this floor reflect that - no matter your setting, you'll find vendors who understand your constraints.
OR and health system leaders
Staffing solutions, AI scheduling, and enterprise OR analytics
Find vendors addressing block utilization, workforce retention, throughput optimization, and instrument tracking at scale.
ASC and outpatient leaders
Lean operations, compliance tools, and case costing platforms
Connect with vendors who understand tight margins and small teams. No enterprise-only solutions that don't translate to your environment.
Business and finance leaders
Revenue cycle, supply chain analytics, and implant contract platforms
Evaluate vendors with financial rigor. Ask for the data behind the claims and meet peers benchmarking the same metrics you track.

Networking competition

Pick a Peach
Scan exhibitor QR codes throughout the hall to collect Peach Points. Every booth visit counts.
Your Peach Basket
Track your points and progress in real time. Watch your basket fill as you move through the floor.

Top of the Tree
The leaderboard is live throughout both hall days. Peachy Prizes awarded to the top collectors.
Golden Peach Booths - 5x the points

Recruiting and retaining military veterans in perioperative services
Military veterans bring resilience, leadership, discipline, and a strong work ethic to civilian healthcare -- but the transition isn't always straightforward. Two perioperative leaders who made that transition successfully explain what it takes from both cultural and practical standpoints to access, integrate, and retain top military talent at all levels of perioperative services.

Staff safety supports patient safety: Establishing a standard of care for OR team safety
No universal standard currently guides OR staff safety, yet protecting the perioperative team is inseparable from protecting patients. This session builds the case for recognizing staff safety as a core perioperative standard and provides a practical framework for acting on it. Attendees will leave with tools to address sharps injuries, surgical smoke, ergonomic hazards, fatigue, disruptive behavior, and communication breakdowns, including a Staff Safety Model, a staff safety surgical briefing prompt, Hierarchy of Controls application, and just culture principles for stronger reporting and system-based learning.
